It’s our vision that Vitalize Valpo brings senior living, hospitality, and multi-family housing as anchors to a dynamic master development plan with multiple parcels in close proximity to US 30, State Road 49, Downtown Valparaiso and the Porter County Regional Airport.  As a subsidiary of Valparaiso University, AVRO seeks to add value to projects through the leveraging of resources — such as the University’s nationally recognized College of Nursing and Health Professions, over 95 undergraduate and graduate degree and certificate programs, its faith-based environment, high quality athletics and influx of visitors.  In order to accomplish this vision we need strong collaborations with experienced developers, economic development organizations and state and local governments.
